Tournaments will be run in double elimination format.Four seeds will be given to the top four players from both Seattle and Portland in the games that are actively played in the area.
PRIZES
First place: 70% of total entry feesSecond place: 20% of total entry fees
Third place: 10% of total entry fees

Super Street Fighter II: Turbo-Dreamcast
-Tournament matches will be two out of three games. Winners and losers finals will be three out of five games. The grand finals will be four out of seven games.
-Akuma is banned
-Winning player must keep same character
-Accidental pauses will result in loss of that round
